Single lock and Double lock.In single lock, if you don't have a card, you can easily open the door just by turning the mechanical lock. You don't need the mechanical keys to open it.In double lock, if you don't have a card, you need to have the mechanical keys to open it. Going out is not convenient but thiefs can't easily escape. Both locks lets you swipe card every time you enter and exit the room/house/gate. They are the same price.
